Hengeler Mueller advises ista on SE conversion

Real estate service provider ista has opted for the widely recognised legal structure of the Societas Europaea (SE). The new group structure reflects the international focus of the company, combining the operational business in Germany in a newly established European public limited company, which at the same time directly and indirectly controls the majority of the group's international operations.
