Hengeler Mueller advises Inflexion on partnership with veterinarians' network Tierarzt Plus Partner

Inflexion, a leading European mid-market private equity firm, has partnered with the founders of Tierarzt Plus Partner (“TPP”), Germany’s largest group of veterinary practices, to further grow and expand the company. The investment is being made by Inflexion’s Buyout Fund VI.

Founded in 2018, TPP has close to 100 vet practices across Germany with approx. 1,700 employees.

The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
