Hengeler Mueller advises Inflexion on the establishment of a German office

Inflexion, a leading European mid-market private equity firm, has announced to further strengthen its international presence with the establishment of an office in Frankfurt. The new office will be led by Martin Preuss, who has been appointed as Partner and Head of DACH, covering Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Inflexion will build a dedicated team in Frankfurt and will further strengthen the company´s investments in the DACH region which currently includes 36 portfolio companies generating several hundred million in revenue across the region. As with Inflexion’s Benelux and Nordic teams, the DACH team will work closely with the firm’s sector teams and global network.
