Hengeler Mueller advises HeidelbergCement on Hanson takeover

HeidelbergCement AG has announced the takeover of the UK’s Hanson plc.

Hengeler Mueller is advising HeidelbergCement AG relative to acquisition financing and on all related financing aspects of the takeover, which is otherwise being handled under English law. Advice is being provided by partner Johannes Tieves and associate Kirstie Hutchinson.
