RIB Software, a wholly owned subsidiary of Schneider Electric, has closed the sale of VinZero to Arkance SAS, a Monnoyeur group company. VinZero is an IT infrastructure solutions group and software partner for architecture, engineering, construction, owner-operator and manufacturing organizations providing value-add services and consulting.
