Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited, Auckland, New Zealand (“Fonterra”), a globally active company specialised in dairy products, has entered into an agreement to acquire a strategic stake in Goodminton AG. Goodminton AG is a venture capital-backed holding company. Its subsidiaries are specialised in the distribution of sports and dietetic nutrition, inter alia under the brands “foodspring” and “amapur”. The closing of the transaction is subject to the approval of the German Federal Cartel Office.
