Hengeler Mueller advises Deutsche Telekom/Vivento on sale of Call-Center Sites

Deutsche Telekom/Vivento has sold five call center sites with around 700 employees to walter TeleMedien group. The transaction is the first step relating to the deconsolidation of Vivento's business models. Vivento is Deutsche Telekom's personnel service provider.
