Hengeler Mueller advises Blackstone on the sale of Munich project MediaWorks

Hengeler Mueller advised Blackstone comprehensively on the sale of the project MediaWorks Munich. Joint buyers are Union Investment for its two open-ended mutual property funds UniImmo:Deutschland and UniImmo:Europa, and Hines. The property complex located in Munich's "Werksviertel" comprises around 96,000 m² of lettable area.

The team included partner Thomas Müller (M&A/Real Estate), counsel Johannes Honzen as well as associate Maximilian Kunzelmann (both Real Estate) (all Frankfurt).
