Hengeler Mueller has advised funds managed by Blackstone on the sale of a German logistics portfolio to Clarion Partners Europe. The purchase price amounts to app. 264m EUR. The portfolio comprises 5 urban logistics properties with more than 250,000 square meters of total space.
