Hengeler Mueller advises Blackstone on sale of Munich "Pontishaus"

Hengeler Mueller advised Blackstone on the sale of the Munich office property "Pontishaus" to a pan-European fund advised by CBRE Global Investors. The fully let multi-tenant building comprises 18.000 sqm of rental space. The property was part of the OfficeFirst portfolio which Blackstone acquired from IVG.

The team included partners Thomas Müller (Real Estate, Frankfurt) and Jan Bonhage (Public Law, Berlin) as well as associates Nicholas Kubesch (Real Estate, Frankfurt) and Charlotte Riemann (Public Law, Berlin).
