Hengeler Mueller advises Blackstone and Quincap on acquisition of residential and business property at Pariser Platz in Berlin

Hengeler Mueller has advised Blackstone and Quincap on the acquisition of the residential and business building Pariser Platz 4a/Unter den Linden 80 in Central Berlin. Completed in 2001, the property at the Brandenburg Gate comprises around 8,500 m² of residential, office and retail space as well as 54 parking spaces.

The Hengeler Mueller team included partners Thomas Müller (M&A/Real Estate, Frankfurt), Jan D.
