Hengeler Mueller advises Blackstone and Quincap on acquisition of Oberbaum City in Berlin

Hengeler Mueller has advised Blackstone and Quincap on the acquisition of the Oberbaum City in Berlin Friedrichshain. The historical property complex on the former Osram and Narva factory site comprises five buildings with around 90,000 m² of office and exhibition space as well as retail, gastronomy and storage facilities.
