Hengeler Mueller advises banks on the pan-European public offering in connection with the SpaceX $75 billion IPO

SpaceX is now listed on Nasdaq and Nasdaq Texas under the ticker symbol “SPCX”. The shares were placed in the IPO at a price of $135. This corresponds to a market capitalization of approx. $ 1.8 trillion. The gross proceeds from the offering amount to $ 75 billion. The SpaceX IPO is the largest IPO in the world to date. It is the first-ever U.S. IPO to include concurrent public offerings in Australia, Canada, the European Union, Japan, and the United Kingdom.
