Armira has signed a definitive agreement to sell ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH ("ESG") to the HENSOLDT Group ("HENSOLDT"). ESG is a leading platform-independent systems integrator as well as established technology and innovation partner for defence and security.
The acquisition is subject to certain conditions, including obtaining necessary regulatory approvals.
