Hengeler Mueller advises Altmühltaler Mineralbrunnen group on the sale of group companies to ALDI Nord

MISIPI SE (Altmühltaler Mineralbrunnen group) has entered into an agreement with ALDI Nord on the sale of group companies, which operate the production and filling sites for mineral water and non-alcoholic soft drinks in Treuchtlingen and Breuna. Closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions.
