European Legislation on Protection of Human Rights and the Environment in Chains of Activities adopted by European Parliament

On 24 April 2024, the European Parliament approved the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). The Council is scheduled to adopt the Directive at the end of May 2024.
