Apleona Wolfferts, a leading provider of building technology in Germany headquartered in Cologne, has acquired Smart Energy Group (SEG) from EOS Partners. SEG specialises in electrical engineering, HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary engineering) and planning services. The acquisition expands the range of technical building services offered by the Building Technology division at Apleona, one of Europe’s leading providers of integrated facility management. This is Apleona’s second major acquisition in the building technology sector in the last 18 months, following the acquisition of Diehl Group last year. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
