Zickert (Legal Tech, Frankfurt) will become counsel at Hengeler Mueller.

Sebastian Adam advises clients in tax matters. His main areas of expertise include transaction-related tax advice, advice on financial and corporate tax law and investment tax law.
Ingo Berner's practice focuses on M&A transactions and corporate law. He advises corporate clients and private equity investors on mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and general corporate matters. His expertise includes co-investments and joint ventures, carve-outs, as well as public takeovers and capital market related transactions.
Sebastian Dworschak advises clients in all areas of European and German antitrust law, including merger control and abuse of dominance cases as well as cartel investigations and (follow-on) cartel damage claims.
Jan Häller advises companies and investors comprehensively on national and cross-border M&A transactions, reorganisations and joint ventures with a particular focus on the financial industry, including regulatory issues.
Theresa Lauterbach advises listed and privately held companies on corporate and capital markets law issues, reorganizations, corporate disputes, compliance issues and M&A transactions, as well as corporate bodies and their members on directors' and officers' liability and compliance matters.
Arvid Morawe advises companies and investors in restructuring situations. Besides distressed M&A transactions and carve-outs, his focus is on cross-border financial restructurings.
Marika Öry advises companies and investors on M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and a broad range of corporate matters. She also advises on infrastructure projects and private equity transactions.
Matthias Rothkopf advises on intellectual property law in licensing and transactional matters as well as in contentious proceedings. He also specializes in advising technology companies on antitrust law.
Tobias Schneiders specializes in advising on M&A transactions and other complex corporate matters. Most recently, his practice has included, among other things, a focus on co-investments and joint ventures.
Tobias Schubert advises domestic and foreign companies in the communications, technology and media sectors on intellectual property, antitrust law, information technology law and public commercial law, in particular media law.
Christian Strothotte advises on corporate law, reorganizations and M&A transactions. His practice focuses on capital and structural measures, transformations as well as group law and capital market aspects.

Nicholas Kubesch advises companies and investors on national and international M&A transactions as well as corporate restructurings, with additional expertise in the real estate sector. He also advises on management participations.
Mathias Priewer advises his clients in proceedings with authorities and in all areas of white-collar criminal law, administrative offences law and corporate compliance, as well as on regulatory issues, both nationally and internationally.
Pierre G. Zickert is Manager Legal Technology in Hengeler Mueller's Legal Tech Center, which provides legal tech-based services to clients and drives the digital transformation of our advisory practice.
