Hengeler Mueller advises Viessmann on co-investment in Encavis

The Viessmann Generations Group – in collaboration with KKR – has announced a new strategic investment in Encavis, one of Europe’s leading renewable energy platforms headquartered in Hamburg (Germany). Viessmann participates as a significant co-investor in the consortium led by KKR. KKR will launch a voluntary public takeover offer for Encavis' free float shares.
