Viessmann GmbH & Co. KG (Viessmann Heiztechnik) has announced that it will acquire 100% of the shares in Viessmann Kältetechnik AG in Hof from Hans Viessmann Technologie Stiftung. The parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality regarding the purchase price. The transaction is subject to approval by the relevant supervisory authorities.
