Hengeler Mueller advises Valmet Automotive on the sale of its engineering services business to Mutares

Valmet Automotive has reached an agreement to sell its Engineering Services Business Line to Mutares SE & Co. KGaA. This business line includes vehicle development, electrics/electronics, simulation and testing services as well as prototyping and small series manufacturing. The transaction is subject to approval by the competent merger control authorities.

Hengeler Mueller advises Valmet on the transaction.
