Hengeler Mueller advises Situs Asset Management on extension of The Squaire securitized loan

The Squaire, the office, hotel and retail complex near Frankfurt Airport, has entered on 19 December 2024 into an agreement to extend its maturing real estate loan.

Hengeler Mueller acted for Situs Asset Management Limited as facility agent in the context of the extension of the loan to The Squaire GmbH & Co KG securitised via the CMBS transaction Taurus 2021-3 DEU DAC.
