Hengeler Mueller advises TRUMPF on syndicated loan

3 March 2020

The high-tech company TRUMPF has signed a EUR 500 million syndicated loan facility. It replaces an existing EUR 300 million facility concluded in 2015 ahead of schedule in order to benefit from improved conditions. The new syndicated loan facility has an initial duration of five years with two extension options.

Deutsche Bank AG, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg and UniCredit Bank AG were mandated as bookrunners and lead arrangers. The other members of the bank consortium are BNP Paribas S.A., Commerzbank AG, Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen and HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt AG.

Hengeler Mueller advised TRUMPF on the transaction. The team included partner Daniel Weiß and counsel Peter Dampf as well as associates Miriam Peter and Alexander Wellerdt (all Financing, Frankfurt).
