Hengeler Mueller advises Sonic Healthcare on the acquisition of Medical Laboratories Dusseldorf

Sonic Healthcare Limited has today completed the acquisition of Medical Laboratories Dusseldorf (MLD), one of the leading clinical laboratories in Dusseldorf, the capital of Germany´s most populous state of North-Rhine Westphalia.

MLD was founded in 1968 and is today led by three partners. All partners and the senior team at MLD will remain with Sonic and will work together closely with Sonic’s federation of laboratories in Germany.
