Hengeler Mueller advises Salzgitter AG on the sale of US subsidiary Berg Pipe to Borusan Mannesmann

EUROPIPE GmbH whose shareholders are Salzgitter Mannesmann GmbH and Aktien-Gesellschaft der Dillinger Hüttenwerke, each with a stake of 50%, sold its US subsidiary Berg Pipe, a manufacturer of steel pipes, to Istanbul-based Borusan Mannesmann, effective April 13, 2023.
