Hengeler Mueller advises Pfeiffer Vacuum on takeover offer by Busch

Pangea GmbH, a Busch SE group company, has published an Offer Document for a further unsolicited takeover offer for all shares in Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG following the failure of its first takeover bid.
