Hengeler Mueller advises PDFTron Systems on the acquisition of PDFlib

PDFTron Systems Inc., a global provider of digital content solutions for software developers, has acquired PDFlib GmbH. The Munich, Germany-based company is a developer of dynamic, server-side PDF creation technology.

Hengeler Mueller advised PDFTron Systems on the transaction.
