Hengeler Mueller advises LEONI on Pierer's partial purchase offer

On 30 July, Pierer Industrie AG published a voluntary public tender offer by way of a partial purchase offer to the shareholders of LEONI AG. Accordingly, Pierer Industrie AG offers to acquire up to 3,135,218 shares of LEONI AG, corresponding to approximately 9.60 % of the share capital, in order to increase its existing participation to up to 24.90 % of the voting rights. The Management Board and the Supervisory Board of LEONI AG have issued their joint statement on the acquisition offer.

Hengeler Mueller advises LEONI on the offer.
