A holding company of funds advised by KLAR Partners Ltd (“KLAR”), a private equity firm focused on field services, professional services, and industrial technology, has signed an agreement to acquire the KONZMANN Group (the “Group”). With KLAR’s support, the KONZMANN Group, one of Germany’s leading players in technical building services, aims to build on its position as a trusted partner and an attractive employer in the industry, to pursue growth opportunities across the German market.
The KONZMANN Group is one of the largest technical building services providers in Germany. With around 1,100 employees across more than 30 locations, the Group delivers a complete portfolio of energy and building technology services including electricity, heating, ventilation, sanitation, cooling, refrigeration, and technical building design. In 2024, it generated a total output of approximately EUR 180 million.
The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
