J.P. Morgan Asset Management announced the expansion of its European managed living platform through a joint venture with i Live Group. The joint venture intends to develop a €1.5 billion purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) portfolio, delivering high-quality, amenity-rich housing across major German cities with significant student populations and limited housing availability.
