Hengeler Mueller advises J.P. Morgan AM on acquisition of office portfolio

A fund managed by J.P. Morgan Asset Management ("J.P. Morgan AM") has acquired a portfolio comprising three office properties in Dortmund, Düsseldorf and the greater Munich area, built between 2008 and 2014. The properties have a total space of around 48,000 square metres.

Hengeler Mueller has advised J.P. Morgan AM on the transaction and its financing.
