Hengeler Mueller advises HomeAdvisor in connection with delisting of MyHammer Holding AG

MyHammer Holding AG has completed its delisting from the stock exchange. In connection with the delisting, HomeAdvisor GmbH, an indirect subsidiary of IAC/InterActiveCorp, had submitted a delisting offer to the shareholders of MyHammer Holding AG for all shares of the company. HomeAdvisor GmbH currently holds 84.27% of the share capital of MyHammer Holding AG. Following an application by MyHammer Holding AG, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange has now decided to withdraw the admission of the MyHammer shares to trading on the Regulated Market.

Hengeler Mueller advised HomeAdvisor GmbH in connection with the delisting and the delisting tender offer. The team included partners Bernd Wirbel and Oliver Rieckers, counsel Matthias Cloppenburg as well as associates Barbara Boytinck, Eric Becker and Mike Steffen (all Corporate/M&A, Düsseldorf).
