Hengeler Mueller advises GRENKE on EUR 400m syndicated revolving credit facility

The GRENKE Group, a global financing partner for small and medium-sized enterprises, has entered into a syndicated revolving credit facility in an aggregate amount of 400m EUR with an international bank syndicate. The new credit facility replaces the existing syndicated revolving credit facility and has a term of three years with extension options for up to two additional years. Following the exercise of an increase option the bank syndicate consists of eight domestic and international banks.
