Hengeler Mueller advises FSN in connection with recapitalisation of Rameder

22 December 2020

The Scandinavian private equity investor FSN Capital ("FSN") recapitalised its investment in the Rameder group. The debt fund Pemberton, which already financed the acquisition of Rameder by FSN in early 2019, has provided an additional loan facility for that purpose. Rameder is one of the leading B2B- and B2C-retailer for tow-bars, bike racks and car boxes in Europe and FSN's first investment in Germany.

Hengeler Mueller advised FSN comprehensively on the transaction. The team was led by partner Daniela Böning (Financing, Frankfurt) and included partner Daniel Wiegand (Corporate/M&A, Munich) as well as associates Rudolf Mehl, Tobias Braun (both Financing, Frankfurt), David Negenborn and Isabella Stocks (both Corporate/M&A, Munich).
