Hengeler Mueller advises ElectronicPartner on Joint Venture of its subsidiary MEDIMAX with notebooksbilliger.de

MEDIMAX, the specialist retail chain of the ElectronicPartner group, and notebooksbilliger.de, the leading German online shop for electronics in turnover, are pooling their activities. For this purpose, both parties agreed to combine the two groups under the umbrella of a joint holding company. The merger will create a company with more than 120 locations and a target turnover of around two billion euros.

Hengeler Mueller has advised ElectronicPartner on the transaction. The team included partners Christian Wentrup (lead partner; Corporate/M&A) and Alf-Henrik Bischke (Antitrust) as well as associates Dominik Heß, Marc Zuber (both Corporate/M&A) and Christian Dankerl (Antitrust) (all Düsseldorf).
