Hengeler Mueller advises Corsair Capital on IDnow's acquisition of French ARIADNEXT

IDnow, a German-based leader in identity verification-as-a-service solutions, has announced that it has agreed to acquire ARIADNEXT, a French company specialising in remote identity verification and digital identity creation.

The acquisition is financed through a capital round, led by existing investor Corsair Capital LLC ("Corsair"), a private equity firm focused on investments in the financial and business services industries.

Hengeler Mueller advises Corsair on the transaction. The team is led by partners Martin Ulbrich (Düsseldorf) and Jens Wenzel (Berlin) (both M&A/Venture Capital) and includes partners Jan Bonhage (Public Law, Berlin) and Alf-Henrik Bischke (Antitrust, Düsseldorf) as well as associates Maike Hölty (Berlin), Maxi Ludwig (Düsseldorf) (both M&A), Charlotte Riemann, Erasmus Hoffmann (both Public Law, Berlin) and Tobias Bieber (Antitrust, Düsseldorf).
