Hengeler Mueller has advised funds managed by Blackstone on the sale of a German-Dutch logistics portfolio to Clarion Partners Europe. The purchase price amounts to app. 270m EUR. The portfolio comprises 8 logistics properties with more than 241,000 square meters of total space.
