Hengeler Mueller advises Blackstone on acquisition of five logistics assets

Hengeler Mueller has advised Blackstone’s European Core+ platform on the acquisition of five German logistics assets from Prologis. The properties are located in Bad Hersfeld (Hessen), Borken in Münsterland, Bremerhaven, Haßfurt in Lower Franconia, and Neunkirchen in the Saarland. Taken together, they total 157,645 sqm.
