Hengeler Mueller advises ATOSS Software AG and its founder Andreas F.J. Obereder on General Atlantic's investment in the TecDAX Company

General Atlantic, a leading global growth equity firm, is investing in TecDAX-listed ATOSS Software AG, a market leader in technology and consulting solutions for professional workforce management and needs-optimised personnel deployment.

General Atlantic is acquiring approximately 20 percent of the shares in ATOSS Software AG from AOB Invest GmbH, which is solely owned by Andreas F.J. Obereder, the founder and CEO of ATOSS, and remains the largest single shareholder in ATOSS Software AG. General Atlantic's stake can be increased by a further almost five percent via options.
