Hengeler Mueller advises apoBank on the transfer of its depositary business to DZ BANK

The Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank (apoBank) is focusing its profile in the institutional business and is transferring its depositary business to DZ BANK as part of this process. The apoBank depositary currently manages a volume of around EUR 21 billion.

With a volume of more than EUR 300 billion, DZ BANK is one of the largest German depositaries and the number one in real estate and real asset funds.

In the institutional client business, apoBank will focus on specialised solutions for commitment-oriented investors in the future.
