Hengeler Mueller announces five new partner and three counsel promotions

andsafe AG, the digital insurer of the Provinzial Group, intends to act as risk carrier for around 500,000 contracts of Getsafe Insurance AG in the areas of liability, household contents, pet health and product insurance. The transfer of the portfolio to andsafe AG was approved by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) on 27 October 2025. Insurtech Getsafe will continue to operate in the market in partnership with andsafe AG as an underwriting agent.
Hengeler Mueller advises andsafe AG on the portfolio transfer and the future sales cooperation with Getsafe.
