Newly-established Opel Group GmbH assumes full responsibility as Single OEM Manufacturer for the Opel/Vauxhall business in Europe including Russia.
Hengeler Mueller advised Adam Opel AG together with the inhouse General Motors Europe legal team on the transaction. The Hengeler Mueller team includes partners Ingo Klöcker (Corporate), Hans-Joachim Liebers and Hendrik Bockenheimer (both Labour) as well as associates Maximilian Clostermeyer and Christian Häußer (all Frankfurt).
