Hengeler Mueller advised Siemens on the sale of Yunex to Atlantia

Siemens Mobility signed an agreement on the sale of its international road traffic business, Yunex Traffic, to Italian Atlantia S.p.A. The Managing Board and Supervisory Board of Siemens AG have approved the planned transaction. The purchase price is EUR 950 million (enterprise value). Closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

Yunex Traffic is a leader in innovative and intelligent infrastructure and traffic solutions for roads and cities. Atlantia is a global leader in mobility infrastructure technology and services.

Hengeler Mueller advised Siemens on the transaction.
