Hengeler Mueller represents Varroc Engineering in connection with the enforcement of a Singapore arbitral award

Varroc Engineering Pvt. Ltd. successfully enforced an arbitral award against a German party which it obtained in ICC arbitration proceedings seated in Singapore. Varroc Engineering, based in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India, is a member of The Varroc Group, a global full service supplier of plastic moulded modules, engine valves, machined forgings, exterior lighting and electrical systems for the automotive industry.

Hengeler Mueller has represented Varroc Engineering in proceedings before the Higher Regional Court Stuttgart regarding the recognition and enforceability of the arbitral award in Germany as well as in connection with the enforcement of the award.
