Hengeler Mueller advises Sennheiser on the takeover of the Consumer Electronics business by Sonova

Sennheiser sells its Consumer Electronics business to Swiss Sonova Holding AG and plans a permanent cooperation with Sonova under the joint Sennheiser brand umbrella. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval. The Consumer Electronics business primarily comprises the development, production and global distribution of premium and high-end headphones and soundbars for retail customers. In the future, Sennheiser will focus on the Pro Audio, Business Communications and Neumann business areas.

Hengeler Mueller advises Sennheiser on the sale and carve-out of the Consumer Electronics business and the long-term brand licensing agreement with Sonova.
