Hengeler Mueller advises Katjes on the acquisition of Henkel's Oral Care business

Katjes International GmbH & Co. has acquired the Oral Care business of Henkel AG & Co. KGaA including all trademark rights through its fully owned subsidiary Bübchen Bodycare GmbH. 

Hengeler Mueller advised Katjes on the transaction.
