Hengeler Mueller advises Ermewa Group on acquisition of the maintenance and wheelsets activities of Villmann Gruppe

Ermewa Group, a European market leader for industrial railcars and tank containers leasing, announces the acquisition of the maintenance and wheelsets activities of Villmann Gruppe in Germany through its subsidiary Inveho. The closing of this transaction is expected in January 2021 and remains subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.

Hengeler Mueller advises Ermewa Group on the transaction.
