Hengeler Mueller advises EQT VIII on investment by EQT Future in SHL Medical

EQT Future, EQT's new impact-driven longer-hold investment strategy, alongside co-investors, will acquire a minority share of SHL Medical from EQT's Equity fund VIII. SHL Medical is a leading provider of drug delivery solutions. SHL Medical's founder Roger Samuelsson will remain the majority shareholder. 

Hengeler Mueller advised EQT's Equity fund VIII on the transaction. The team included partners Daniel Möritz (M&A, Munich), Christian Hoefs (Employment, Frankfurt) and Dirk Uwer (Public Law, Düsseldorf), counsel Susanne Koch (Public Law, Düsseldorf) as well as associates Ingo Berner (Berlin), Lena Böhringer, Patrick Hell (both Munich, all Corporate/M&A), Jan Schülting (Public Law, Düsseldorf), Andreas Kaletsch (Employment) and Patrick Schmidt (IP/IT) (both Frankfurt).
