Hengeler Mueller advises banks on VOIT Automotive financing

VOIT Automotive has signed a maturity extension and adjustment of the existing financing as well as a new credit facility with a bank syndicate comprising Commerzbank, IKB, NIBC and SaarLB. The new credit facility is covered by a state guarantee.

VOIT is an automotive supplier with global operations, focused on powertrain technology and driver assistance systems components.

Hengeler Mueller advised the bank syndicate on the transaction. The team was led by partner Daniel Weiß (Financing, Frankfurt) and included partners Jan Bonhage (Public Law, Berlin) and Markus Ernst (Tax, Munich), counsel Peter Dampf (Financing, Frankfurt) as well as associates Markus Reps, Alexander Wellerdt (both Frankfurt), Moritz Müller-Leibenger (Berlin) (all Financing), Anton Petrov (Public Law, Berlin) and Tim Würstlin (Tax, Munich).
