Hengeler Mueller advises Bank of America on EUR 473m securitisation of The Squaire loan

Bank of America has arranged a new CMBS for the refinancing of the office and hotel property The Squaire at Frankfurt Airport. Taurus 2021-3 DEU issues bonds in six tranches in a total amount of EUR 473 million. It is the third CMBS to refinance Germany's biggest office building.

Hengeler Mueller advised Bank of America on the transaction.
